ok, so it’s been a while. however, i have a good reason for being so out of touch.


yes, it’s spring (almost summer) and the nyc greenmarkets are beginning to burst. i just can’t keep up…but i’ve been trying.


straws macerating with prosecco and mint.


sage sausage with sauteed arugula, turnip greens and garlic scapes. and side salad of baby greens from
hearty roots community farm csa.
